Lasaca’s journey is as remarkable as the stories she shares. Born and raised in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, she arrived in the United States two decades ago with little more than determination and a dream. Today, she is a serial entrepreneur; founder of Excellence Therapy Solutions in Dallas, Texas; and a respected business coach and community leader. She served as Chair of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce DFW from 2021 to 2023.
Her professional excellence has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Outstanding Occupational Therapist Award from Sun Health Care (2009) and National Therapy Service (2019). Certified in lymphedema therapy, she has expanded her work to include life and business coaching, empowering individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential.
Beyond her clinical and business achievements, Lasaca is deeply committed to service. Her philanthropic efforts include book donation drives in the Philippines, building libraries through the Tulong Foundation, and leading major fundraising events such as Fashion Goes Global for the Roscon Foundation. Her dedication has earned her the Humanitarian Award from the Tulong Foundation (2022) and the Philippine Face of Success Award (2021). She will also be honored at the Amerika Prestige Awards Night as the recipient of the Trailblazer in Leadership and Entrepreneurship Award.
